In the context of the development of global cultural and creative industries, China's cultural and creative industries are developing into new industries day by day, which also provide a new development direction for the cultural and creative products of non-heritage. The development of cultural and creative products for intangible cultural heritage can provide a new idea and path for cultural inheritance and promotion, and realize the win-win development of intangible culture and cultural and creative products. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is a place of richness in intangible cultural heritage. It plays an active role in the sustainable economic and social development of the autonomous region, deeply implements the development project of intangible cultural heritage, and promotes the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese outstanding traditional culture. Field research was conducted on the representative cultural and creative products of Hohhot's Monishan Non-Heritage Town to analyze and excavate its existing problematic points. Through a variety of methods to review literature, collect and organize research on intangible cultural heritage, in-depth local inspection and research methods to analyze the existing problems. The optimization strategy is proposed to be applied to the development of non-heritage products.
