Abstract

The objective of this paper is to evaluate the students‟ satisfaction with higher education quality with respect to the environment and services of Chinese institutions. Satisfied students can be the axis of innovation and growth of the country. This study is based on data collected from 587 questionnaires and analyzed through SPSS. By using multiple regression analysis, results guide to know which factor is playing how many roles in the prediction of students‟ satisfaction. This work revealed helpful findings and showed that there is a positive relationship between higher education quality and students‟ satisfaction. It can be used to know how to improve the higher education quality so that the students of these institutions can play well in the market.
