With the rise of 5G networks, the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, mankind has entered the era of intelligence. However, the resulting uneven distribution of information resources is reshaping the digital order of mankind. The digital divide brought about by algorithmic black boxes, privacy leaks, and data traps is exacerbating social injustice, and online digital blind spots are challenging teachers' digital ethics. Starting from the concept of digital ethics, this study dismantles the ethical dimension of teachers' digital literacy in the context of digital transformation, bridges the ethical generation gap caused by technical problems in teachers' teaching process and students' independent learning, constructs an ecological ethical governance system for the overall network for good, improves the supply model of digitally empowered high-quality resources, and creates technology to help emotional and humanistic care, so as to eliminate the lack of emotional experience caused by the lack of virtual interaction.
